New Business Pilot

I've spent the majority of my life since my early teens working on building businesses and products that I thought would disrupt existing business models, help society or sometimes just for the sheer pleasure of it.

 

I've had several successes and many failures along the way. Looking back the failures provided the biggest learnings, many of which could have been avoided if I'd had better knowledge, known how to raise capital, got my timing right, amongst many other.

My aim with the New Business Pilot is to share the insights I have gained through my various experiences to help entrepreneurs who are starting out and trying to build their businesses.

This blog is not about how to build an online product, or what accounting software to use, there are many existing resources for that. I aim to share the internal dialogue, thoughts, doubts, anguish and joy that I experienced and how that influenced the decisions I took and in so doing hopefully help you navigate the inception and growth of your business.
